Final pricing depends on square footage, existing surface condition, access, and the finish selected, and will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Scheduling & Site Access

Project start dates are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. You are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and for removing furniture, vehicles, or other items from the surface being resurfaced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit, will be set out in your project agreement or invoice. Amounts not paid according to the agreed terms may be subject to late fees or collection action as permitted by Arizona law.

5. Warranties & Disclaimers

Any workmanship or material warranty will be described in your written project agreement. Except as expressly stated in that agreement, services are provided without additional warranties, express or implied. Outdoor concrete coatings are subject to normal wear from sun exposure, weather, and use, and may require periodic resealing or maintenance over time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deck Services, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from services performed, beyond the amount actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Licensing & Insurance

Deck Services, Inc. maintains applicable business licensing and insurance as required for contracting work in Arizona. Proof of current licensing and insurance is available upon request.
